Our recruiting process consists of 3 phases guided by our team of highly qualified personnel:
 
   1- Our recruitment consultant helps you set your job description and  your candidates' criteria based on the required tasks and the corporate culture of your company.
   2- Our team of researchers will conduct a search for your prospective candidates; assess their personality profile and their technical skills, in addition to their ability to fit in your company.  We shall mass mail it to potential candidates and advertise if needed. The company name and contact information will not be disclosed up till step 3.
   3- Our team will lead a discrete reference check for the qualified candidates once they pass the interviewing step with the client.
 
Our network of candidates covers all the Arab countries, in addition to North Africa, Canada and the US.
Our clients are spread in 16 countries, covering  Levant, the gulf and North Africa.

Our general manager started her career in teaching and progressed in a career spanning 12 years in functional roles in general administration, public relations and human resources in international companies like Procter & Gamble and the Amrop Hever Group.
